When I woke up this morning, what to my wondering eyes should appear, but a large iced mocha cappacino on my nightstand. Bless my husband's little sabotaging heart. Undeterred, I weighed myself and was happy to find that I had only gained one pound over the holidays. Then I drank half the coffee and threw the rest away. The fridge is stocked up with healthy food and I sent all the Christmas goodies with hubby to work. Ate pretty good today (except for the cappacino) but was too busy cleaning to exercise. Cleaning counts as exercise, right? Not off to a fantastic start. Baby steps. I'm not ready to share my weight yet, but I will keep you updated as to how many pounds I lose.
